Voidal uses candidate information for recruitment-related purposes. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how candidates can contact us about privacy questions.
Information We Collect
Through the application form and related communications, we may collect your name, contact details, general location, work authorization status, resume or work history, role interests, availability, relevant skills, and other information you choose to provide for recruitment review.
Please do not submit bank account details, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or copies of identity documents through the initial application form.
How We Use Information
We use candidate information to review applications, assess potential role matches, communicate with candidates, coordinate with employers, prevent misuse of the application process, and maintain recruiting records.
Sharing With Employers and Providers
We may share relevant candidate information with employers when there is a potential match for a role. We may also use service providers, including the application form provider at portal.voidal.site, to process submissions on our behalf.
Voidal does not sell candidate contact information. We do not authorize employers or third parties to charge candidates a fee for applying through Voidal.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect candidate information. No website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain candidate information for as long as needed for recruitment, business records, dispute prevention, or legal obligations, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
Your Choices
You may ask us to update or remove your candidate profile from active recruiting consideration by contacting hello@voidal.site. We may retain limited records where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Children
Voidal's recruiting services are not directed to children under 18.
